·Ability to manage and deliver developments within specified and aligned timelines

Compliance and Standards:
·Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and STIHL guidelines.
·Knowledge of best practices in SAP development and maintenance.
Additional Qualifications:
·Certification in SAP ABAP or related SAP modules (preferred).
·Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
Soft Skills:
·Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
·Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must-Have-Skills:
·Proficiency in ABAP OO programming language and expertise in ABAP objects, WebDynpros, ODataServices, CDS-views, Adobe Forms, RFC and ALE scenarios within S/4 HANA
·High degree of competence in using Enhancement Framework (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points)
·Strong understanding of Data Dictionary objects (tables, views, indexes, etc.)
·Experience with SAP Fiori design principles and development
·Proficiency in SAP UI5 development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
·Familiarity with SAP functional areas such as Materials Management
·Skills in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs as well as experience with SQL trace, runtime analysis, and code inspector tools
