Luxoft Germany has its focus in the automotive sector. We are working on a number of projects involving open source software platforms (OSS) for the development of in-vehicle entertainment (IVI) and human machine interface (HMI). The majority of well-known automotive manufacturers and many Tier 1 suppliers trust us to develop software solutions that require expertise in open source technologies, cross-platform user interfaces (UI), Qt framework development and IVI systems.
Luxoft Germany consists of the companies Luxoft GmbH, Symtavision GmbH and CMORE Automotive GmbH with around 900 employees in Stuttgart, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Lindau and Braunschweig.

We are looking for a committed colleague as Accounting Assistant (Germany) to join our finance team at one of the above-mentioned locations or remotely as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Prepayment entry for payroll, employee loans, tax payments etc.
Assignment of payroll invoices to prepayments
Work with Employee exit check list
Support with Concur analysis for taxable items, amounts for meal allowances
Documentation company events
PO approvals for defined are based on Finance knowledge
Posting credit memos for maternity leave/sick
Approval for new supplier
Ad hoc tasks for f.e. account analysis etc.
Assistance for statistics
Part-time work is possible

Skills

Must have
Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable
Knowledge of German GAAP
Knowledge of German tax law
ERP knowledge (Oracle is an advantage)
Knowledge of MS Excel
Very good knowledge of German and English
Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking
Structured, independent and conscientious way of working with a high degree of precision
Ability to work in a team
Good communication and cooperation skills
Nice to have
Experience with Oracle accounting system
