What you can expect
Job Objective:
Ensuring that all accounting tasks are completed in the required quality and within the specified time frame.
Your tasks:
- Recording all accounting-relevant business transactions in accordance with HGB and IFRS in the ERP system in compliance with documentary evidence
- Specification and control of the subsidiaries' accounting guidelines in accordance with IFRS
- Quarterly preparation of the consolidation of the voxeljet Group including all Group companies subject to consolidation
- Processing all requests from the auditor and supporting audits by the tax office
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements
- Calculation of provisions
- Preparation of preparatory calculations, statements for further processing in accounting and ad-hoc evaluations with derivation of recommendations for action
- Monthly advance VAT return
- Proposal and implementation of payment runs
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling
- Several years of experience in accounting desirable
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP FI and CO is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
