Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Niederlassungsassistentin bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
• Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählt die allgemeine Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Lohnbuchhaltung
• Du machst die vorbereitende Buchhaltung und Teilaufgaben im Controlling
• Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben wie z.B. Fuhrpark, Arbeitskleidung oder die Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen

Deine Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Organisationsgeschick, vorausschauendes Mitdenken und Identifikation mit der Aufgabe
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, kommunikatives Geschick und Teamfähigkeit
• Ein sicheres Auftreten, Diskretion und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen
