Tasks
- Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent management strategy with a company-wide, global reach
- Develop and lead global talent identification, development and succession planning projects
- Defining relevant talent pools and developing measures to fill the global talent pipeline for key positions
- Defining relevant measures for the personnel development of various talent target groups
- Ensuring regular reporting on the defined global talent management activities and proactively deriving appropriate measures
- Working with managers and HR to identify talent gaps and proactively develop solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Supporting the implementation of the relevant modules in SAP SuccessFactors
- Support the necessary change management activities
- Provide communication and training to managers, employees and HR
Qualifications
- You have a degree in business administration or psychology or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
- You have sound experience in talent management, personnel development and project management
- You already have experience and a high affinity for IT systems (ideally experience with SAP Success Factors).
- You are responsible and socially competent, team spirit is one of your strengths.
- You have an independent, structured and analytical way of working.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English (level C1).
