Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and driving the adoption of Conceptboard for new and existing enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with service owners and team leads to integrate the software into workflows, foster collaboration, and boost productivity. Your role is key to ensuring customer retention and maximizing the value of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:Lead new customer onboarding, including configuration, training, and tailored implementation.
- Develop self-learning resources such as interactive boards, videos, and articles.
- User Activation:Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance software adoption.
- Analyze user data to identify gaps and create strategies to improve engagement.
- Customer Success:Advise customers on optimizing their use of the platform.
- Provide regular updates on new features, integrations, and best practices.
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams (e.g., product development).
- Collaboration:Support Account Managers with upselling and renewal discussions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create case studies and success stories.
- Customer Monitoring:Track key metrics such as adoption rates and customer health.
- Implement measures to minimize churn risks.
Your profile
Experience:
- At least 3 years in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Experience working with creative or cross-functional teams is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with visual collaboration tools and customer success platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Pipedrive).
- Data-driven mindset and strong training expertise.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
