Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. As an M&A Specialist, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive corporate growth strategies and strengthen the company’s market position.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong background in IT services, having negotiation and project management skills. This position requires moderate to frequent travel to engage with stakeholders, conduct business due diligence, and manage cross-border transactions.

Location: Flexible/Remote with Frequent Travel
Main responsibilities
- Help with lead identification and evaluation, and execution of potential M&A opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis, valuation, and modeling to support decision-making processes for mergers and acquisitions.
- Oversee the business part of due diligence efforts, including assessing operational, legal, and market risks.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including target companies and advisors.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, outlining the strategic rationale, financial impact, and risk profile of potential transactions.
- Help with negotiations between the company and target entities to secure favorable deal terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in M&A in IT services, with a strong track record of successfully completed transactions.
- Strong analytical and business skills with experience in company valuation and transaction structuring.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, often on short notice.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking to assess the long-term value of potential transactions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (at least C1).
