What you can expect - enriching experiences that will last a lifetime
As part of our IT team in Frankfurt/Main, Leipzig or Stuttgart you will manage our IT projects from requirement gathering until delivery in Europe. You will take on a wide range of responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of technology projects (agile or waterfall) including time, scope and budget ownership
Identify and mitigate active projects risks
Lead project teams consisting of multi-functional, global and virtual groups and directly supervises staff, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan
Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog/requirement gathering and guide the team in balancing the priorities and scope
What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification with min. 3 years in a corporate IT environment
Excellent knowledge of Project Management Processes, Agile Methodologies (e.g. PRINCE 2 / Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe-certified
Ideally, you’ll also have a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
