Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on network architecture, server management, storage, cloud services and IT security throughout the project lifecycle
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders in all project phases, gather requirements, reporting project progress and manage expectations. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demand Management: Ensure that business demands are evaluated with all affected organizations to define timelines, budgets, effort estimates and resource planning
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional international teams, ensuring effective collaboration among technical staff, vendors and other departments
• Resource Management: Allocate team members to project tasks, balance technical requirements with project timeline and budget. Manage the workload of your team
• Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, technical specifications and best practices for future reference
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements and organizational policies
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensure that allocation of team members aligns with the project needs while adhering to financial constraints
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in project management and IT infrastructure to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Reporting: Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management, detailing project progress and challenges
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes for future improvements. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies, apply best practices in project management

Das bringen Sie mit

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Several years´ experience in project management, with focus on IT infrastructure and demand management
• Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, server management, cloud technologies, storage and cybersecurity
• Proven track record of managing IT projects
• Proficiency in project management tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Optional: Agile project management methodology
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English
