Deine Aufgaben
Du bist ein kreativer Kopf und suchst ein innovatives sowie agiles Arbeitsumfeld, in welchem alle an einem Strang ziehen? Du möchtest Ideen für die mobile Welt von morgen entwickeln und unsere erfolgreiche UEM-Software Relution aktiv mitgestalten? Freu dich auf innovative Projekte und gestalte unsere Zukunft aktiv mit!
- Du entwickelst selbständig innovative Ideen und Gestaltungskonzepte für digitale Medien (Mobile & Web) bei denen die intuitive Benutzung im Vordergrund stehen
- Innerhalb eines agilen, interdisziplinären Teams arbeitest Du eigenverantwortlich und leistest deinen Beitrag zu erfolgreichen Produkten
- Du erstellst UX Designs in Form von Wireframes, Prototypen sowie Mockups für unsere hauseigenen Software-Lösungen und Kundenprojekte
- Du entwickelst eigenständig den Styleguide weiter
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich UX Design, Interactive Design, Kommunikationsdesign mit interaktivem/digitalem Fokus oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Durch deine mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich UX Design hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Konzeption von IT-Anwendungen sammeln können
- Mit Gestaltungs- und Prototyping Tools wie der Adobe Creative Suite und Figma kannst du professionell umgehen
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge auf das Wesentliche herunterbrechen und treibst deine Themen mit großer Eigeninitiative voran
- Durch deine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise behältst du die Realisierbarkeit der Konzepte im Blick und stellst die technische Umsetzbarkeit in Abstimmung mit den Entwicklern sicher

- You will independently develop innovative ideas and design concepts for digital media (mobile & web) with a focus on intuitive use
- You work independently within an agile, interdisciplinary team and make your contribution to successful products
- You create UX designs in the form of wireframes, prototypes and mockups for our in-house software solutions and customer projects
- You independently develop the style guide further
Your profile
- You have a degree in UX design, interactive design, communication design with an interactive/digital focus or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- With at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of UX design, you have already gained experience in the conception of IT applications
- You can work professionally with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- You have a quick grasp, can break down complex relationships to the essentials and drive your topics forward with great initiative
- Thanks to your structured and goal-oriented way of working, you keep an eye on the feasibility of concepts and ensure technical feasibility in coordination with the developers
