Laboratory Technician/Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in Microbial Analytics Full-Time

To support our microbiological department, we need your active help as soon as possible. Ideally, you are confident in handling microbiological analysis techniques and familiar with the basic workflows in an S2 laboratory.

Your Responsibilities:

• Microbiological analysis of drinking, pool, and cooling water according to legal regulations
• Microbiological analysis of consumer goods, food, and cosmetics
• Inspection and quality control of purchased culture media and laboratory materials
• Sensory analysis of food, with training opportunities to become a sensory analyst
• Documentation of QM measures in the laboratory
• Optimization of workflow within the laboratory

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Technical Assistant: CTA, BTA, ATA, or similar qualification
• Ideally, you have work experience with analysis techniques in a microbiological environment
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and potentially experience with a laboratory database
• A clean and precise approach to handling culture media and chemicals is a given for you
• Strong team skills and commitment to maintaining the high quality standards of our analytical methods
• Ability to handle projects reliably and independently
• Willingness to work weekends or holidays if necessary
• Aware of your competencies and able to seek assistance from our lab managers as needed
• Quick learning ability and willingness for continuous learning and personal development
