Your Profile

​​

• Completed studies in business administration, pharmacy or a comparable field in the life sciences.
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in project, launch or supply chain management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and with direct customer contact.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain management and product development.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines is an advantage.
• Experience in using CRM systems to optimize customer relationships.
• Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and strong communication and assertiveness skills.
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting along the entire supply chain, with a focus on efficiency and adherence to delivery dates.
• Fluency in German and English.

Your Tasks:

• Planning and implementation of product launches, including the development of marketing plans and roadmaps.
• Planning and optimizing supply chains to ensure a smooth market launch.
• Ensuring excellent customer service through support and management of customer inquiries.
• Proactively managing risk, particularly supply chain risk, and producing reports for management.
• Monitoring project progress, schedules, budgets and supply chain activities.
• Supporting the development of products and services to ensure that they are market-driven and demand-oriented.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in development projects.
