Line Manager [Warszawa]
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software development industry.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in IT, including leading teams of a dozen or more people as a line manager.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, with prior technical experience being a plus.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, solve problems, collaborate in teams, and build trust-based relationships.
- Experience representing the company in front of clients and partners.
- Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2+ level (mandatory).
- Nice to Have: Experience working with AI specialists/Data Scientists and/or knowledge in these areas.

Your main responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 30 to 65 members (depending on experience), ensuring the professional growth and engagement of software engineers.
- Making decisions regarding salaries, promotions, and career paths.
- Representing the company to clients, particularly in acquiring new projects (pre-sales) and showcasing company expertise.
- Collaborating with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to hire new software engineers and fostering their retention within the company.
- Allocating specialists to projects, considering both company needs and employee development goals.
- Supporting T&M and body-leasing projects and occasionally preparing technical sections of sales proposals (infrequent).
