About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent player in the energy industry, known for their innovative solutions and strong market presence. They are seeking a Procurement Specialist (m/w/d) to join their team in Dusseldorf, starting on May 1, 2025. This role is crucial in supporting their procurement operations and ensuring efficient contract management.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Maximize value in procurement processes and project outcomes
• Lead sourcing strategies and manage supplier contracts effectively
• Ensure efficient procurement operations while maintaining compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve best commercial outcomes
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure reliable supply chains

Ihre Qualifikation

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the energy industry or procurement
• Background in direct and indirect services procurement
• Proven track record in managing large procurement projects and tenders
• Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Ivalua
• Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting requirements
• Good analytical mindset and willingness to drive performance
• Creative and open-minded with a good sense of humor
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in international teams and willingness to travel internationally would be plus
• At least B2 level in English and German; additional languages are a plus
