AUFGABEN
Im C2 and Battle Management Team werden echtzeitfähige komplexe Führungssysteme für Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD) entwickelt.
Sie sind als Product Integration Ingenieur/in für GBAD Systeme tätig. Im Produktentwicklungs-Team für die Integrated Battle Management Software (IBMS) integrieren Sie Software-Einheiten zu Produkt Releases und sind auch für Planung und Koordination dieser Aufgaben verantwortlich:
- Sie integrieren benötigte Software Units zu geplanten IBMS Releases Sie führen die SW/System Builds für neue IBMS Releases durch
- Sie installieren IBMS Releases auf Test- und Referenzanlagen
- Sie führen erste Regression Tests für neue IBMS Releases durch
- Sie kümmern sich um Verfügbarkeit und Nutzbarkeit der IBMS Produkt Testanlage
- Sie wirken mit bei Konzeption und Modernisierung der CI/CD Prozesse und Toolketten
- Sie wirken mit bei Konzeption, Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Pflege der neuen IBMS Produkt Testanalage
- Sie bauen intensives Wissen über Architektur und Funktionsweise der IBMS Systeme auf
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Bug Reports für Probleme, die im Rahmen der Integration festgestellt wurden
- Sie unterstützen auf Ebene des IBMS Produktes Problemanalysen, Fehlersuche und Verifikation von Fehlerbehebung
- Sie unterstützen das Testteam bei der Testautomatisierung auf der Produkt Testanlage
- Sie koordinieren das Bug Tracking auf Ebene des IBMS Produktes und bilden dabei die Schnittstelle zu den IBMS Projekten
- Sie wirken bei der IBMS Release-Planung mit und erstellen die detaillierte Planung für das Produkt-Integrationsteam
- Sie unterstützen Controlling und Reporting für den Anteil Produkt-Integration
- Sie koordinieren die Bearbeitung der Aufgaben im Integrationsteam
- Sie erstellen und pflegen die erforderlichen Integrations-Dokumente
- Sie wenden den Airbus Entwicklungsprozess an und berücksichtigen die erforderlichen Qualitätsanforderungen

QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Studium der Elektrotechnik oder der Informatik oder des Software-Engineering oder vergleichbar
- Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP/IP, Wireshark, Konfiguration und Fehlersuche) erforderlich
- Erfahrungen mit IT-Hardware (PC, Switch, Router, KVM, Konfiguration und Fehlersuche) erforderlich
- Gute Linux Kenntnisse erforderlich, idealerweise RedHat Linux, Konfiguration und Fehlersuche
- Erfahrung mit Linux-Shell-Skripten, Kenntnisse in Python und/oder Perl sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse mit Dateiformaten wie XML, JSON, YAML wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Jenkins, Confluence, JIRA, SVN und/oder DOORS von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Publish/Subscribe-basierten SW-Infrastrukturen wie DDS oder DONAR ist wünschenswer
- Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden von Vorteil
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. versiert, Englisch mind. versiert

TASKS
The C2 and Battle Management team develops real-time, complex command and control systems for Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD).
You work as a Product Integration Engineer for GBAD systems. In the product development team for the Integrated Battle Management Software (IBMS), you integrate software units into product releases and are also responsible for planning and coordinating these tasks:
- You integrate required software units into planned IBMS releases. You carry out the SW/system builds for new IBMS releases.
- You install IBMS releases on test and reference systems.
- You carry out initial regression tests for new IBMS releases.
- You take care of the availability and usability of the IBMS product test system.
- You help with the design and modernization of the CI/CD processes and tool chains.
- You help with the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of the new IBMS product test system.
- You build up intensive knowledge of the architecture and functionality of the IBMS systems.
- You create and track bug reports for problems identified during integration.
- You support problem analysis, troubleshooting and verification of error correction at the IBMS product level.
- You support the test team with test automation on the product test system.
- You coordinate bug tracking at the IBMS level. product and form the interface to the IBMS projects
- You participate in IBMS release planning and create the detailed planning for the product integration team
- You support controlling and reporting for the product integration part
- You coordinate the processing of tasks in the integration team
- You create and maintain the necessary integration documents
- You apply the Airbus development process and take the necessary quality requirements into account

QUALIFICATIONS
- Study of electrical engineering or computer science or software engineering or comparable
- Good network knowledge (TCP/IP, Wireshark, configuration and troubleshooting) required
- Experience with IT hardware (PC, switch, router, KVM, configuration and troubleshooting) required
- Good Linux knowledge required, ideally RedHat Linux, configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Linux shell scripts, knowledge of Python and/or Perl is an advantage
- Knowledge of file formats such as XML, JSON, YAML desirable
- Experience with Jenkins, Confluence, JIRA, SVN and/or DOORS an advantage
- Experience with publish/subscribe-based SW infrastructures such as DDS or DONAR is desirable
- Knowledge of test automation is desirable
- Experience with agile development methods an advantage
