Das erwartet dich

• Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Parkreglers blue'Log XC zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Anforderungen im erneuerbaren Energienumfeld
• Der Bereich Netzintegration, Energiemanagement und Weiterentwicklung vom PV, Batterieregler zum hybriden Regler stehen hier im Fokus
• Du arbeitest dich in länderspezifische Marktanforderungen und Richtlinien zur Netzintegration ein und bewertest den Gap für unsere Produkte. Unterstützt wirst du dabei von unserem Entwicklungs-controller team.
• Aus dem Feedback von Mitbewerberanalysen, Kunden, Fachabteilungen und den Marktanforderungen leitest du neue Produktanforderungen ab und definierst mit Blick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit die Roadmap
• Du erstellst Spezifikationen für neue Funktionen und begleitest die Umsetzung im Bereich Produktmanagement sowie im Austausch mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung im agilen Umfeld
• Weiterbildung und Information unserer Kollegen zu den Produkten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Schulungsabteilung und technischen Redaktion
• Du unterstützt gelegentlich das Marketing und den internationalen Vertrieb bei Kunden, Online meetings, Webinaren und Messen

Das bringst du mit

• Du hast ein technisches Studium im Bereich E-Technik, Energietechnik, Regenerative Energien oder vergleichbar absolviert
• Du bringst Berufserfahrung > 3 Jahre mit
• Du hast Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement gesammelt, sowie ein grundsätzliches Verständnis für Vorgänge im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
• Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich erneuerbare Energieerzeugung, Stromnetze, Stromhandel und bist vertraut mit Netzanschlussrichtlinien. Dies erleichtert die umfassende Einarbeitung.
• Du verstehst es, dich in gesetzliche technische Regularien einzuarbeiten, Marktwissen aufzubauen und in neue potenzielle Produktanforderungen/-ideen zu übersetzen
• Du bringst einen kreativen Kopf mit unternehmerischem Weitblick mit, übernimmst gerne Produktverantwortung und verfügst über den notwendigen Biss für die Umsetzung von Aufgaben und Projekten
• Persönlich überzeugst du durch deine Eigeninitiative und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Für unsere internationale Ausrichtung und Niederlassungen in verschiedenen Ländern verfügst du über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission:

• You will work on the further development of our park controller blue'Log XC to meet legal requirements in the renewable energy environment
• The focus here is on grid integration, energy management and the further development of PV and battery controllers into hybrid controllers
• You will familiarize yourself with country-specific market requirements and guidelines for grid integration and evaluate the gap for our products. You will be supported by our development controller team.
• You derive new product requirements from feedback from competitor analyses, customers, specialist departments and market requirements and define the roadmap with a view to cost-effectiveness
• You create specifications for new functions and support their implementation in the area of product management and in exchange with our development department in an agile environment
• Training and informing our colleagues about the products in collaboration with our training department and technical editorial team
• You occasionally support marketing and international sales with customers, online meetings, webinars and trade fairs

Your profile

• You have completed a technical degree in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies or similar
• You have > 3 years of professional experience
• You have gained experience in product or project management and have a basic understanding of software development processes
• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of renewable energy generation, electricity grids, electricity trading and are familiar with grid connection guidelines. This will make it easier for you to familiarize yourself comprehensively.
• You know how to familiarize yourself with legal technical regulations, build up market knowledge and translate it into new potential product requirements/ideas
• You have a creative mind with entrepreneurial vision, are happy to take on product responsibility and have the necessary drive to implement tasks and projects
• Personally, you impress with your initiative and ability to grasp things quickly
• For our international orientation and branches in different countries, you have a good command of German and English
