We are looking for a motivated Production Manager & QC (m/f/d) for the fascinating field of endoscopy! Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare.
Your tasks
- Take responsibility for production management and oversight of related processes to ensure we consistently deliver the highest quality
- Lead a dedicated team of engineers and technicians and report directly to our CTO on your progress.
- Be our key player in the evaluation of parts and material sourcing and report directly to our CTO on your findings
- Actively support our CTO in the strategic purchasing of work equipment, test equipment and fixtures to increase our efficiency
- Keep an eye on the technical aspects of our products and help ensure that we are always at the forefront of innovation
- Monitor and control all packaging and logistics-related matters and keep our CTO informed of important developments
- Be committed to further developing our existing products and successfully bringing new, exciting products to market
- Review the selection of research projects and make sure they have the potential to be profitable
- Lead different phases of product development and coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve our goals
- Contribute your valuable experience and knowledge to proactively identify potential pitfalls and challenges in our projects and products and to develop solutions together.
- Develop new product ideas and processes based on your previous experience and bring a breath of fresh air to our projects
- Share your practical technical expertise and support us with valuable advice and project support
- Select and characterize materials suitable for use in medical devices and design, and contribute to quality assurance
- Review and approve protocols and generate accurate reports to ensure transparency and accountability
- Control service processes and parts supply to ensure a smooth process
Your profile
- With a degree in medical technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field, you have the necessary expertise
- With 3-5 years of experience in medical device service, production or R&D as well as management experience, you are exactly the right person for us
- Do you have a sound understanding of all phases of medical device manufacturing, development and market launch? This is a valuable basis for your success with us.
- Do you have a basic understanding of biomaterials, chemical processes and biological systems? This is a great advantage in our innovative environment.
- Do you have a strong ability to assess the vitro and vivo properties of devices and components? Your expertise will enrich our team
- Knowledge of the requirements of a CE and ISO 13485 certified company is a matter of course for you? This is an important building block for our quality assurance.
- Do you have experience in dealing with controlled environments (storage temperature, humidity, etc.)? This is crucial for our production standards.
- Are you familiar with the use of tools and equipment for quality control? Your skills will help us meet our high quality standards.
- Do you communicate confidently and clearly in German and English, both in writing and orally? Your communication skills are key to our teamwork.
