We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.
Your tasks:

• Recover missing resources into the TPT sales Team MBC Account and support the team on sales administrative tasks
• Provide necessary support on all sales administrator tasks and overdue follow up/reduction
• SPI follow up/analysis, SDB sales data base update/analysis, budget/MTP (middle term plan)/ OI Order intake update/analysis
• Logistic offers / packaging and prototype offering/delivery follow up
• MOM’s documentation and sharing
• Monitoring of the customer portal and PO/RFQ administration as well as volume and capacities
• Support interface during shortage management

Your profile

• Good skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High communication skills for intensive communication with customer and sites
• Team player, problem solver, target oriented, respective for timing and due dates, loyalty to the team and to hierarchy
• Respect company code of ethics, respect health, safety and environment charts/requirements as well as compliance and antitrust rules
• Very good German and English language skills
