Sales Administrator (m/w/d)

Wir suchen Sie! Ab sofort, langfristig und in direkter Personalvermittlung für die Abwicklung von Import und Export chemischer Produkte für das Düsseldorfer Office eines weltweit agierenden japanischen Handelskonzerns.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Order processing for import and export transactions, including issuing all relevant documents
• On-schedule monitoring of import and export business including logistics and warehousing
• Timely coordination of logistics
• Preparation of invoices, application for internal credit limit and external credit insurance, control of incoming payments including dunning process
• Provision of sales figures for sales staff and managing directors
• General customer and supplier support
• Supporting the sales team and the division manager

Ihre Qualifikation

• Commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding or similar
• Several years of professional experience in trade or import and export business
• Experience with products from the chemical industry is an advantage but not essential
• Good written and spoken German and English
• SAP knowledge (merchandise management system) essential
• Good knowledge of MS Office
