You’ll work with the SAP Competence Center leadership to grow the team, improve our services, and build expertise in processes and technology. From client projects to presales and partner management, you’ll make sure our clients are always impressed.
About the job
- You find innovative ways to digitalize processes in customer experience and provide recommendations that are both practical and actionable. Along the way, you’re always learning and taking your expertise to the next level.
- Working with different teams, you create value stories and business cases, develop blueprints, and design clear, impactful project roadmaps.
- You confidently lead workshops on business requirements in the presales phase, helping kickstart digital transformation.
- Within the specialist team, you drive innovations and use cases across our SAP portfolio and actively support presales marketing efforts.
- Your negotiation skills are top-notch. You unlock new business opportunities with existing clients, discover fresh opportunities, and close them successfully. Ready for exciting challenges?
Requirements
- You’re a true expert when it comes to processes and systems in one or more SAP CX applications.
- With several years of consulting experience, you’re skilled at delivering real business value and tangible benefits to clients.
- Customer focus, a passion for learning, and enthusiasm are second nature to you.
- Your communication skills and motivation make you a great addition to any team, especially in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Your curiosity drives you - whether it’s people, industries, or projects, you’re always excited to see what’s next.
- You work independently, focus on solutions, and consistently deliver strong results.
- You’re also open to occasional client visits, as you see direct contact as a valuable opportunity, not just a task.
