Your mission
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Controller (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a thought team member in our Finance team, you will drive financial excellence, providing insightful recommendations through in-depth analysis and setting up forecasting and controlling processes. In this role, you will drive financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the company, in close collaboration with the Head of Finance:
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop, implement and lead the ongoing corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Financial Controlling & Reporting : Establish and manage NVISIONs corporate and department controlling including an insightful KPI controlling (e.g., Sales, GM), as well as implementation of unit economics and cost center analysis, to support financial efficiency and cost optimization. Provide ad-hoc reports to support management decisions.
- Consolidation & Compliance: Manage financial consolidation and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including tax filings and timely payments.
- Automation & Digitalization: Drive the automation and digitalization of financial and controlling processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Global Roll-out & Ad-hoc Reporting: Oversee the roll-out of controlling and forecasting processes to international teams (US and other countries)
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, cost reduction, and investment opportunities.
Your profile
- Educational background in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial controlling, planning, forecasting and analysis, with expertise in reporting and KPI development.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and consolidation processes.
- Experience in driving automation and digitalization within financial functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams and senior management.
- Knowledge of German regulations, as well as international financial standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German

NVision is developing fast, robust and easy-to-use hyperpolarization technology for preclinical and clinical research in our Polaris product line. Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a clinical environment or a research lab to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand. The hyperpolarized solution is prepared in a fast, fully-automated, multi-step process including chemical reactions, polarization transfer and several purification steps. We develop our commercial products in close collaboration with a product development partner, while the process development as well as the design of test setups and prototypes is done in-house.
