For an important infrastructure initiative, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Development (m/f/d) who can achieve demanding project goals with foresight and commitment.

Job description:

• Project Responsibility: You will take the lead on significant infrastructure projects, ensuring that goals related to schedules, costs, and quality are met.
• Variance Management: You will identify and analyse project deviations and develop measures for effective control and achievement of targets.
• Contract Management: You will review and assess contract and supplementary claims, implementing tailored solutions.
• Interface Coordination: Together with project teams, you will ensure optimal collaboration between planning and execution.
• Monitoring of Project Progress: You will be on-site regularly to verify the quality of construction progress and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Requirements Profile:

• Degree: A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Substantial professional experience in the leadership and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Expertise: Excellent knowledge in schedule planning, cost management, and quality management.
• Contract Management: Experience in contract and supplementary claim management.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and assertiveness.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in German at least at C1 level.
