Your Tasks
You are responsible for managing and overseeing the assembly of machines and machine groups (electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators) in collaboration with construction management, subcontractors, and customers.
Additionally, you will lead and guide assembly personnel and assembly companies.
The portfolio also includes technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.
You will continuously document construction progress and deviations, plan proactively in close coordination with other trades and construction management, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
You will implement and monitor adherence to deadlines according to the construction site schedule.
Your Profile
You have completed technical training or hold a degree as a technician (m/f/d).
Furthermore, you have many years of experience in assembly, assembly supervision, and ideally commissioning of power plant equipment (specifically generators in hydropower plants).
Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills, are desirable.
You impress with an open and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, coupled with cooperation skills, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience.
