QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang oder des Maschinenbaus mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang
• Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Luft- und Raumfahrt, Erfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung ist erforderlich, Erfahrung in der Reinraumarbeit ISO5 ist wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in der Wareneingangsprüfung von Optik und Mechanik sind erforderlich
• Erfahrung bei Airbus ist wünschenswert
• IT: MS-Excel mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen, MS-Word mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen, SAP mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, techn. Englischkenntnisse und -verständnis sowie die Erstellung von Berichten sind erforderlich

For a project at our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Donauwörth, we are looking for you as an Internal Control Assessment Specialist (m/f/d).

TASK

• Perform defined quality inspection tasks for products and services covering key and mandatory inspection points. This includes incoming inspection, inspection of all operations during manufacturing, assembly, integration, test, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and final conformance inspection prior to delivery using traditional and new methods (e.g. virtual & augmented reality)
• For software, this would correspond to inspection of coding and integration
• During the inspection tasks the jobholder will identify all deviations and attest the conformity of the product/service to the design or by using an inspection checklist/plan
• In case of deviations he/she will carry out investigations into any quality issues, e.g. at shop floor level or software production, propose containment actions, manage and/or support the search for root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions as well as improvements
• You will also verify that the industrial environment, facilities, hardware, jigs & tools correspond to the operational & safety requirements
• You will also guide and advise operators to take into account quality aspects to avoid any future issues, e.g. shop floor operators and software programmers etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Study of aerospace engineering (at least a Master's / diploma course) or mechanical engineering (at least a Master's / diploma course)
• Professional experience in the aerospace sector, experience in quality control is required, experience in cleanroom work ISO5 is desirable
• Knowledge of incoming goods inspection of optics and mechanics is required
• Experience at Airbus is desirable
• IT: MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions, MS Word at least knowledge of detailed functions, SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions
• Language skills: German at least business fluent, technical English knowledge and understanding as well as the ability to prepare reports are required
