Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Manager for the Plastic Components division, you will:

• Oversee and lead the supply chain team, ensuring effective employee management and professional development.
• Plan and manage budgets within your scope, aligning with company objectives and KPIs.
• Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to ensure seamless production and delivery of plastic components.
• Manage material flows, warehouse operations, goods receipt, storage, and shipment processes.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead packaging and container logistics, including reusable and disposable systems.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to resolve supplier and customer escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, aligning with the latest industry standards and practices.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain or logistics management, ideally in a plastic manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership experience, with a track record in managing production or logistics teams.
• Expertise in SAP and project management methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
