Collaborate on designing, implementing, and organizing our central service desk
Define and enforce guidelines for support processes, including incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution
Lead the onboarding process for new Service Desk agents, fostering a positive, customer-oriented work culture
Serve as the central point of communication for customer information, including incident notifications, software releases, and maintenance updates
Implement tools (such as ticket tracking, automation, and AI) to streamline service desk operations
Direct and prioritize ticket routing and fulfillment

Proven leadership experience in IT Service Desk Management
Completed studies in business informatics
Experienced communication skills in English and German
