Your mission
Welcome to the future of healthcare! We're one of the key players within the digital healthcare sector and are looking for a visionary (Senior) Technical Product Owner (m/f/d). Join us on our journey to shape the future of our Product & UX team at SHC+CARE and develop new and innovative products. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is driving digital transformation in eHealth and improving the everydays lives of millions of health care practitioners.
As our Technical PO (m/w/d) you can expect to:
- Become our expert for all technical aspects of our digital healthcare products, including the underlying technologies, architectures and development processes
- Collaborate closely with our agile development team and be responsible for the interface of our healthcare products to our ERP system (Business Central)
- Manage our development teams working with the Scrum methodology and have full focus on technical requirements management as well as backlog management and prioritization
- Work with API platforms such as Postman, SOAP-UI or similar on a daily basis and take care of our web services and technical operational instructions
- Set up test concepts, be responsible for quality assurance, continuous improvement and technical risk management for our products
- Communicate with internal and external stakholders and consult our team on all technical aspects within product development
Your profile
- You have finished your apprenticeship or have graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the STEM fields? That's great! We're looking forward to applications from diverse educational backgrounds!
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in technical product or project management
- You have a proven track recorg in managing successful product teams, preferably in the field of eHealth, healthcare, eCommerce or ERP systems
- You are an expert with agile methodologies such as Scrum or OKRs
- Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub etc. is big plus
- You are fluent in German and English
