Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Koordination und Steuerung von Service- und Kundendienstaufträgen
  • Du bist die technische Unterstützung der Servicetechniker
  • Du erstellst Angebote und bist für die Materialdisposition zuständig
  • Du übernimmst die Terminplanung und Überwachung der Wartungs- und Reparaturaufträge
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und internen Abteilungen
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamation und kümmerst dich um die Qualitätssicherung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Nachkalkulation von Aufträgen

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Sanitär oder Klima (z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Meister oder Techniker)
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
  • Du besitzt technisches Verständnis und kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise im Umgang mit EDV-Programmen
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aus
  • Du hast ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
