As a Trainee in “Production Engineering Bodyshop” at Mercedes-Benz, you will be a member of the production community in plant Sindelfingen and part of the international Bodyshop Cooperation.
Your role will be crucial in actualizing our firm commitment to the efficient and digital industrialization and introduction of complex products, reflecting our ambitious and deliverable goals. You will be instrumental in driving "Operational Excellence," aiming to elevate production performance by seamlessly integrating new model derivatives without delay in the Bodyshop.
The Bodyshop offers the latest production technology in combination with the highest demands on material and process to produce vehicles of the Top-end-Luxury segment. Our team culture is open and characterized by appreciation and agility and This trainee position offers you the opportunity to help shape the products at Mercedes-Benz.

Qualifikationen

  • An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable course of study
  • Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends
  • Social commitment is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of English; very good German language skills are an advantage
  • You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility.
  • You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills.
  • You are a team player and can motivate others.
