UX Designer

We are currently looking for an UX Designer / Reasearching for an exciting project in the energy sector.
90% of the work can be done remotely.
Your tasks would be:

• Maintain and further develop the components of our design system in Figma
• Control consistency of components of the design system by creating and enforcing common guidelines
• Realizing by using our Figma design system, wireframes, prototypes for usability tests and final UI Design
• Collaborate with developers during requirements engineering and hand-over
• Test and conduct quality assurance of components developed in the code libraries based on the designs
• Document the usage of the components for other UX experts and stakeholders
• Collect user needs and feedback from stakeholders throughout the project
• Present design ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
• Lead UX research activities and document it in the Elia Group Research repository
• Enhance existing and create new personas through user research and data
• Participation on scrum routines and adhere to Scrum practiceson in a cross-functional Scrum team
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate
• Actively participate in broader UX Chapter and Product Team activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure common UX standards

Anforderungen

MUST:

• Bachelor's degree (+) in graphic design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design or relevant field
• language: German mandatory (native of fluent), as well as professional efficiency in English
• Proven experiences in design thinking in context of agile projects
• Strong practices of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• A minimun of 5 Years of experience in UI designs (Figma) for multiple thin or thick clients (responsive

Web, mobile, desktop)

• Good portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Experience creating wireframes and user flows
• Attention to details and works delivered in high standard
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript
• analytical and synthesis skills promoting simple solutions
• able to write processes, documentation and presentations
